Revamped “Winged Beauty” Site Launched

Jeff Zablow has updated and relaunched his excellent butterfly photography and info site, http://wingedbeauty.com.  I think you will be impressed with the great photos on the site (168 entries for Pennsylvania butterflies!) and the mini-essays that accompany many of them.  And be sure to check out the photo techniques/skills section.

  1. Rick,
Thank you for your thoughtful post. wingedbeauty.com has now enjoyed more than 3 years of sharing butterfly images and background discussion. I appreciate this mention on Lep Log. So many folks, met on trails, respond, “No, haven’t seen any butterflies this morning” and we marvel at how they could NOT see them, along much of their walk. But, when we are able to share images of butterflies, isn’t it reward enough to enjoy their surprise at how wondrous is the beauty of all butterflies (and wildflowers, and insects…). Jeff
