Final WABC Field Trip of the Year Sept. 24

Please join us for the last *scheduled* field trip of the 2011 season as trip organizer Eric Raun leads us through Point Lookout State Park at the very tip of Maryland’s western shore.  Because it’s a long drive, we’ll start a little late:  Please meet at 10:30 a.m. inside the park in front of the Camp Store.  Here’s a map that shows where the camp store is:

It is well signed and has good parking facilities.  Note that there is a $5 admission fee for the park!

Please RSVP to Eric at raueri |AT\ msn |DOT\ com so that we know to expect you.  His cell (on the day of the trip) is 301-283-8114.

Most any of the late-season southern specialties — Cloudless Sulphur, Great Purple Hairstreak, Little Yellow, Ocola Skipper, Long-tailed Skipper — conceivably could show up on this trip!
