Raising Butterflies

I’ve recently run across a new (to me) site on butterfly rearing techniques, Raising Butterflies, run by Utah lepidopteris Todd Stout.  It’s a very rich site — lots of tips for beginners, advice on setup and techniques, and specific instructions for dozens of taxa.

I picked up on the site from a post Todd made to the SoWestLep listserv, announcing that he’d added instructions for four new taxa, all subspecies of Pontia sisymbri, the Spring White:

Whether or not you live in the West, Todd’s tips and suggestions make great browsing for lep rearers.
